Briefly authorized I think. It has been in the works for a few years and Bernie cooperated until seeing the final draft, at which point it was no longer authorized. why did Sid's wife write the book, as opposed to Sid himself? he's written other books, including his own biography.

Too late The irony is that at least one of our "neighbors" down there has/had one of the finest collections back in the UK.
