I hope you go to one of those mass market bulk billing clinics when you need to see the Doctor, I hear they are really good

are they the drug dealers you're always going on about in their 430 in 2nd gear ?

I'd back the advice from the guy with the N-GT over a 430

slowly Scott, very hard to get back into the full swing of running on the treadmill, I have cut out all sugar and fatty foods but it's the exercise that does the most for me

But I've got to try and get close to you :)

The big thing is excercise IMO. Once you get that going regularly it isn't hard. You have done it before, I am sure you will get there again :)
I still have a bit to go, after a year of it it's hard to get that last bit done.

I used to take 2 hrs to swim 1km. I think I knocked it down to 30 mins, maybe 45 mins. :):)

That was 18 months ago, im sure it will take me another 2 hrs again if I started swimming again. :D:D

me too, but because I can't swim properly I wear a snorkel and mask

30 mins is actually VERY slow, the other bastards in the pool (Southport pool is the home of Olympic swimmers and hopefuls) are screaming past and I reckon they do 1km in 10 mins and then they REALLY get moving once they are warmed up ... and they seem to be doing it with the least amount of effort

I don't swim there anymore, I don't want to show them up :p
