Not convinced by most of the renderings so far, I sketched my thoughts for the possible styling for 612 replacement.

Looks like it might not be too bad:

Thanks - glad you like it.

Don't have too much info to work with, especially at the back, but tried to make it look good.

What do you think about the shape if it is indeed like this?

I would round the transition from the roof to the rear glass and also take the rear plane down so the tail lights can have a similar effect of California, 430, Enzo, Rossa Concept. I'll try to do sketch based off yours.

I am excited to see how this car turns out. I enjoy when Ferrari try new things. I get tired of hearing people complain about their styling efforts. I think the criteria they are trying to reach have the bar raised much higher than anyone else. These people typically romanticize the design process of these beautiful cars of the past, thinking that the goal was to build the most gorgeous car ever made.

That's one of the better renderings. I agree, how good it ends up looking will be a function of how they execute that transition from roof to rear glass, and how steep that rear glass ends up being, as well as what happens below the rear glass. Still haven't decided if I see the point of a hatch back with that much height in the back. I was kind of thinking they would have done something more Panamera-like.

If this is to be the new 612 I'd love it. Seems much more adultish than the current 612.

Looks like a 2 door Panamera. I hope not.

Based on seeing the prototype, I would say that this rear treatment is distinctly possible.

A hybrid hatch? I'll never say never again.. And the spy photos certainly suggest somethings up back there.

    A Porsche style targa roof?

Something out of the box and unexpected like flying buttresses perhaps.

The look is good for a hatchback.

I'm believing there will be more than one model and the hatch would fit between the shooting brake and the more traditional car.

Either you have seen it or you have special senses!!

You also know how to draw well!!!!

6.3 litres, 660 bhp, 680 nm of torque comfortable in the back and very charismatic!

    Technologically fantastic.

A hit from the word go

Based on what I saw and heard, if I was in the market, this is a car I would buy

    Thanks!

No, I have not seen it. Based on comments from poppy84 and having seen new spy pics, I've changed it up a bit:
