. See? All car guys are the same at our roots! It's really a perfect way to describe the love of cars. I love the marble analogy. [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c5JbEVaoNgQ&feature=related[/ame] _J
great vid. i think the video was shot during the panamera intro. our own willanast had his flawless 928 gts invited and used in the shoot. thank you for posting. pcb
I've always heard that Seinfeld was a big Porsche guy - anybody know what he actually has in his car collection? MDS
I don't know the specifics of his collection but it's all very significant cars, or the first/last of a production run, etc. some race cars, CGT, 959, etc. from Wikipedia:
Wikipedia is wrong, he owns the last aircooled 911 delivered to North America, not the last aircooled 911.
Think of one. He has it. He actually has a color code just for him with Porsche. Its a Robin egg blue variant. One of his cast offs, a 996GT2 in that color, is a car that is on my bucket list. It comes up now and then but is always 10% more than the market will bear so it stays unsold. Just waiting for my turn < PS, this color.
I believe I have seen this car doing well over the speed limit on loop 610 in Houston. Impressive car and color as well. particularly when you are doing 65 and it passes you like you're stationary.
i thought the robin's egg car was a 94 3.6 turbo? i may be wrong but i distinctly remember the car being aircooled.
He seemed pretty happy about a Boxter Spyder he was driving in another video... Just goes to show you that passion is passion and you can't look away from how outstanding Porsche actually is... I'm afraid I wet my pants when I saw the 918...
Something about that kind of blue on a GT2 just doesn't look right. And if my memory serves me correctly, Acura also have an "Adriatic Blue."
That's my photo.... I took it in 2009, not 2008. The car looked great in person and it's one of my all time favorite Porsches. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
