Gone in 60 Seconds II: Fast & Hexagonal - Sample Screenplay:

Vin Diesel: "Yo, dude... we gotta boost some cars - Paul Giamatti's character has been kidnapped & will be killed if we don't deliver."
Paul Walker: "No sh*t? Damn that sounds vaguely familiar... do you think we've run out of ideas? I mean.... well, nonetheless, my stalwart friend, car-boosting it is... shall we commence with the Breadvan?"
Angelina Jolie: "You guys are idiots... you can never do it without me."
Justin Bieber: "Hey guys, stealing cars sounds like FUN! Can I help?"

There... someone can take over from that point.

Well, as a proud contributing member of the 348 Brotherhood (and honorary Stooge), I can't let this now legendary thread get archived without chiming in...

I have been been following this thread since it started, and I have read every post. I feel bad for Tony, and I hope this plays out to a positive result for him. I wont pass judgment, regardless of how fishy some of this may seem. I'm sure Tony realizes how bad this looks on him, given the perfect storm of odd coincidences, so there's nothing he can really say to convince the nay-sayers... and i'm sure that is very frustrating for him.

On the other hand, I must say this... one thing nobody has really touched on, is something I find just as fishy...
This "probable cause" guy comes out of nowhere, with 3+ years with no posts to play the hero? Then cries foul at Tony a couple hours later? And then the next day hints of incriminating evidence to reveal all the facts??

If I had been silently lurking in a forum for years, and I happened to come across a wrecked and abandoned (for days) 348 behind a McDonalds in the ghetto... THAT my friends, would be MY first post!! This sort of thing just doesn't happen, and it would be a GREAT way to make a first impression, especially if it wound up resulting in a fellow f-chatter locating and retrieving their stolen car!!

If Tony IS the victim here, why hasn't this guy publicly offered these surveillance videos to Tony to help him identify the thieves? This guy (we assume) doesn't even know Tony, or what he looks like... so how can he insinuate that it was Tony who intentionally dumped the car? And even if he DID know what Tony looked like, why wouldn't he report this incriminating evidence to the Dallas police?

    So...
Tony comes up with this crazy story... seemingly on a whim.
Mystery lurker suddenly breaks silence with the location the car.
Friend of Tony's claims to talk to Tony and see's damaged car, but refuses to describe or post pics of the damage.
Now Tony is logged onto f-chat 24-7, but is only PMing with people now.
Oh, and if you called the Dallas police dept to verify ANY of this, they apparently will have no knowledge of any of it... because they refused to do any paperwork on it!?

The only "fishy" I smell... is a brilliant hoax, NONE of this ever happened, and the joke is on all of us... and apparently hundreds of members of dozens of other forums all over the net.

This is just my opinion... I could be wrong.

Sorry Tony, I couldn't possible imaging what you must be going through, a lot of stolen autos end up in AZ, I'll keep my eyes open. Almost impossible to believe.
