Well, that's a little f*cking bit of extreme speculation, don't you think? He said he was down with the flu... ever had the flu? If you have a bad case, it can be just like you're on some serious drugs. Again, not taking sides here... I'm trying to be neutral until we all find out what really went on. Just pointing out that your point is uncalled for & has no basis in fact.
Well isn't this just great. Sling accusations the guy is on drugs, and tell him unless he confesses he is on drugs and/or a thief you'll keep abusing him. Aren't you a piece of work... Mr. Mod, rather than lock the thread, just ban trolls like this. geeze.
And WE won't, and shouldn't at this point. It's potentially evidence. E V I D E N C E in a criminal case. We don't wish to be party to it at this point, entertaining as it may be for the soap-opera / shadenfreud crowd. Let it play out - such a video would likely be released later, if there is any veracity to it. for now, even its existence is speculation, until provided and proven.
Gerry, I was in no way, shape, or form suggesting that he was in any state like that. I have nothing whatsoever against the OP. Hell, I'm not even against him at all. Simply yearning for truth in the matter, one may say. PC (Reg) has stated and RE-stated that he saw said Ferrari Sat. morning at 7AM. Again, Sunday at 7AM with police tow-tag on vehicle. Our OP (Tony) has stated and RE-stated that he drove the car to the grocery store on Saturday and last saw it Saturday afternoon-ish and did not realize the car was missing until sometime Sunday. This, to me (anyone else?) is a glaring lapse in concurrence of stories and truth. It cannot be both. Someone is lying and PC (Reg) seems defiant that he knows what he saw and has video evidence to suggest it, which he insinuates may be in some way incriminating -- to whom would only be conjecture.
Please know I was only trying to make light of the situation. I only came here after finding out this was local. I only joined once I saw people acting as if DPD should have actually cared. No, my car is not a ferrari, but it is a rare collector car. When I experienced the same complete disinterest and ineptitude from DPD I just had to register to share my personal experience and also the information about break ins ib tony 's neighborhood experienced by one of my friends.
Some people in here seem to think that we are judge and jury here. Get a grip man. This is a forum where people talk and when someone drops their drawers like this guy did, then people are going to look or talk in this situation. Last time I looked, there was no electric chair at the end of any thread. Someone posted and others respond. Thats what forums are all about. We are grown men here not 7 or 8 years olds. Some of you act as if we are all standing at some physical place and driving nails into this guy. Again get a grip and realize that this is just a forum. Bed time.
Dude, i'm sorry... I honestly didn't know anything about all this google-immune and searchable/non-searchable stuff. My bad, but the quote is gone now thanks to the mod ylshih. I'm really sorry Dawg dude.
None of the subscribed forums are Google-able - Silver, Rossa, & Owner's Forum. All of the sections you don't have to be subscribed to see ARE searchable on Google. That's really all there is to it. You didn't know... now you do - all's well. Jedi
No problem, Yin took care of it. Like Jedi said, all's well. But in the meanwhile... (lol - sorry, just had to) Image Unavailable, Please Login
I definitely consider myself of very high integrity... and those who know me, i'm sure would agree... but if I was the guy who had these pics and video of Tony's car... I would have posted it. UNLESS of course Tony had been relentlessly hounding me to see the video (and he asked me not too), which he SHOULD have been doing the second P.C. posted that he had it! But my impression of P.C.'s most recent post is, Tony hasn't even contacted him. That in and of itself is also a little suspicious to me. If it were me, I wouldn't sleep, i'd be running on mass doses of adrenaline, I would have been knocking on every door in Dallas trying to find this guy if I had too... i'd be OBSESSED with seeing that video!!! Unless of course.......
The logical progression after this is that he buys an old porsche. Man this is madness... how does it all end.
What would be interesting is posting just the car being there with no one around and a time code. That would put a lot of speculation to rest as to whether the video's really exist or not. And, it wouldn't reveal any evidence or incrimination.
Damn... royalties are a b*tch - can I pay you in the form of a credit at NoDoubt's drifting facility in your town?
I call that a done deal... in one of his cars, though, in case I lose it into a wall - how much does he charge?
Man, this thread is posting faster than I can read but several things really have me confused. Probablecause 1) says he has a job next to the McDonalds ( there are none except liquor store) where here arrives to work at 7:00 am??? How ofter do you see a liquor store open at 7:00am??? 2) ( and punches a time clock- he is willing to prove) " I arrived to work Saturday morning for 7am and seen car and have time card to prove it". Punching time clock and driving a 355??? 3) next to a the MacDonalds with 15 security cameras with night vision with " the current time and date imposed ". 4) And these 15 "night vision date imposed video cameras" watching over the McDonalds and undisclosed business where pc punches the time clock at 7:00 am after arriving at work via his 355 and "yes they do show my car passing by the location of the car in question." Something just doesn't sound right here, but undeniably he did seem to be the first one to report the missing car.
IIRC (not willing to go back and find the post), he never mentioned he drove the 355 to work, he did mention that he does own one.
