I guess I am just having difficulties understanding the first paragraph, especially last sentence.

    PC
"Owner says he drove car saturday in quote above. I arrived to work Saturday morning for 7am and seen car and have time card to prove it. Therefore car had to have been taken early am saturday. Explain that. Anyone witness owner driving car saturday morning and will testify to that.

Also, it was wet and slurry on the roads and car was immaculately clean`to have been driven. Also, there was no fiberglass/pieces of car laying near or around car. From damage to rear bumper (hole in bumper) you would think something would be in the immediate area.
Also, there was a police towing sticker placed on the car sunday. When was car reported stolen ??? Police would run vin and tow car themselves if car had been reported stolen to them. That area of town is active early am saturday with clubgoers, and police to notice the car. Therefore that car is noticeable and police will note the time they seen the car there if that was their beat they were patrolling.

These are my observations and I would strongly suggest 348Tony say nothing else to the forum about until the situation clears. Otherwise more discrepancies may surface."

Here's the challenge which only 348Tony can swear too.

    1. That he drove the car Saturday and it was stolen Sat night according to him.
Only he can attest to that. That's the big question. Yes or No.

The challenge to his inner circle was the description I gave of his car with towing sticker on it was accurate. How I would know this and not Tony himself. I only witnesses the car and told its location. Then you have the owner saying things that I know are not true.
And remember- I do not know him. Have been to no events. Rarely post.

After reading all the pages again. Here is my theory. Only a theory.

Professionals steal high end cars when they have an order. No one is ordering a 348 no matter how well it has been taken care of. Not worth the risk for so little payoff. Now Bugatti, Enzo, SuperLeggara, Murcie etc. These car are containerised and shipped eastern bloc or to mexico. No questions asked when driven there.

Professionals would not have dropped car in location it was in. Car would have to been stolen early Sat AM between 12AM-6:50 AM. Professionals do not lock doors when they dump car. What criminal steals a exotic car- joyrides it and crashes it and then dumps it?
Only when they've been instructed to. At least 2 people involved in theft. Catch one and he or she will tell on the other.

Only a matter of time before entire truth is revealed. Wait and see.

John, I can't speak for PC but it appears he's asking whether anyone saw Tony driving his car on Saturday and wants to "testify" to it (as if this is some sort of trial).

if i were pc and i really had the goods...i would be concerned of eventually being charged w/ some type of obstruction. am i off base on that?

i also think he is need of showing pics of his 355 or risk haveing doc play an azz hat card on him.

I don't understand why you just don't say what you know? What's in it for you to let this drag out? Do you have an ax to grind?

Not a single person here has discounted the fact that the car probably left on its own accord...to escape captivity, if you will.

Okay...I just wasted about an hour of my life reading this thread, and while I think there is a whole lot of shadiness going on, the one thing that bothers me more than anything else is how many people have come out and slammed 'probable cause' because he may work at a job that is hourly, and are attacking his credibility based solely on that fact and his financial status. True, I think you should verify any claim you have with proof, but I have watched page after page of ivory tower ******bagery with people saying he cannot be trusted because he has an hourly pay job, or that he may work at a liquor store or other 'questionable' job. You people need to get a freaking grip. Financial standing has NOTHING to do with what kind of person you are. Some of the most crooked, bound for hell, people I have ever met are very wealthy. They just ripped people off their whole lives and benefitted from it.

Just because many of you (and myself included) dress in suits most days, and report to an office that implies financial achievement, does not make you anymore credible than someone working at McDonald's. Get over yourselves. The 348 and F355 are cheap cars now. Deal with it. Plus, just having a career that is mainstream (lawyer/doctor/stock broker/etc) does not buy you credibility. Think how many of the elite thought Bernie Madoff was a 'stand up guy' or 'respectable' just 5 or 6 years ago, and now realize the guy was just a high end thief and con-man.

I am just saying...stick to the facts. Just because someone has an hourly job and may spend that money on an F355 is none of your damn business. They can spend it how they want. Take the claims at face value for ANYONE you meet, and look for proof accordingly. But just having a Ferrari does not make you 'credible' like most people here seem to think it does. If he posted a picture of his F355 and a bank statement, would you all suddenly take 'probably cause' into your arms? Think about it.

You didn't directly answer my challenge. And Tony already answered your question #1. Aside from that, your new theory now is: there were no professionals involved in the theft of Tony's car, just 2 dumbasses???

My cat, Mr. Binx (Dude! Be chill!), kills birds. They all do - sorry.

    And he TAKES HIS TIME.

As long as it wiggles, it's fun. When the wiggling stops, Binx stops.

    We're the bird.

'Probable Cause' should change his name to 'Lack of Evidence', because other than seeing the car he is all talk.
Unless you are expecting a reward, you are withholding evidence that could clear a man's name. Not sure who you are - or what you do - but if the situation were reversed just remember one word; Karma.
If I were Tony348 my attorneys would be all over you.....

    I'm jealous.

I have a thread where I've been burned, dug a 35' hole, got an infection, spent a week in the hospital, almost drowned in previously mentioned 35' hole, explored an enclosed space with explosive gasses and after 9 months, this thread has the same number of replies and 2x the views in 3 days.

    I'm jealous.

Mitch you are so right and I apologize if any of my posts came across that way. I personally hope that Tony and PC are both correct.

No reward. You all are missing the point. I do not know Tony or any Fchat member casually . Remember, I'm an independent witness who seen a car. I reported it. Its the owner whose version of events is shaky. Let him prove his case. I seen the car Sat morning. Who can prove it was not there? Anyone? He does not have to go in detail of events. Just. What day was it stolen?

Thats my stance. I'm not out to get Tony. Don't know him. But, If someone questioned my timeline of a events -I would reiterate it and stand by my facts which no one has done to this point. This is no game as I'm sure the owner knows the consequences of a fraudulant claim.

I'm guilty of stereotyping here also. It hasn't been that many years since I punched a clock, and I know what it's like to live and raise a family on a very low income. My apologies to anyone that I offended by my comments.

No. I'm asking Tony point blank to repeat again that he drove his 348 Sat.
