    Finally, I'm outraged.

What's wrong with using a Ferrari for "errands?" If you don't use a Ferrari around town, exactly what do you use it for? I use my Daytona for the bank/dry cleaners/coffee etc. If the trunk's full, you put the heavy stuff on the passenger side floor, and soft, light stuff on the seat. Lots of room.

Maybe it's an 8 cylinder thing, not as much room inside. Still, I was once spotted on a Porsche site for loading dog food into my old Stradale.

    Edit: no receipts. Maybe video.

Okay, maybe I am dain bramaged from working at La Bare on amateur nights years ago to help pay my way through school but I am still having problems with the whole night vision video claims by pc to begin with.

I missed where he said he worked at the liquor store but if the cameras are from the liquor store, there is NO WAY they can tape through a fence and the McDs building itself. The McDs partking lot if directly east of the building and the liquor store is to the west and there is a fence between them. Go back and closely look at the google pics on page 53.
Also , if pc works at the trucking lot north of the McDs, he now has two fences and a field around 100 feet long between these two fences to explain.

That being said, PC DID correctly locate the car and aid in its recovery- IMHO I just think maybe he was wrong on the dates ( honest mistake at 7:00 am) and the whole 15 night vision camera thing is an embellishment.

Just to confirm, I am going to swing by there this afternoon , have lunch at the Lodge and maybe post a pic of my local FChatter amigos cars parked at LaBare.

I hope someone will post a current pic of this place soon. If not, I will be back in town tomorrow and will get it done. My understanding is it's closed and all boarded up.

Tony's 348 is his only car.

I'm in Toronto too, but not for much longer thankfully... :)

"She". Now there's an interesting theory...

Very well done. This is the length you have to go to on this thread to ram your point through the huge amount of double-speak that some are craftily using. I think most that are openly pulling for Tony have given up because of this...

Also, I don't know what the breakdown is as far as supporters/non-supporters but I do know (as everyone here does) that non-supporters are responsible for a gross majority of the content.

Edit: By 'supporter' I mean someone who doesn't really know if Tony is guilty or not but has chosen to give him the benefit of doubt until solid evidence comes in...

Disagree. I think most of the content is from those of us on the ledge.

According to the Majestic website, the store at 2151 Northwest highway is closed.

    http://www.majesticliquors.com/stores/dallas.php#m_dallas

Did PC say he worked at that liquor store?

If two reasonable assumptions are made: Tony is cooperating with DPD and his insurance, then IF PC had any "evidence" it should be given to DPD and Tony's insurance carrier. That would be the end of the story for somebody.

If PC is bluffing, then any video, if it exists, might actually help Tony's case. Instead of threatening each other, they should all be talking to the same people.

To be clear the areas in yellow are the only parking provisions at Ronnie Mac.
A little far for liquor store CCTV IMHO. The only other option is the trucking outfit on the north east or Tripple A.

The retail shops directly across the road have a direct view from the front windows of the entrance driveway and traffic going into Macdonalds.

    http://maps.google.com.au/maps?q=2151+North+West+Highway+Dallas,+TX+75220&oe=utf-8&client=firefox-a&ie=UTF8&hq=&hnear=2151+W+Northwest+Hwy,+Dallas,+Texas+75220,+United+States&gl=au&ll=32.865062,-96.901753&spn=0.008399,0.021136&t=h&z=16&layer=c&cbll=32.865013,-96.901635&panoid=GI0S_UFoSXDdPDYReDezNg&cbp=12,154.83,,0,10.57

the electrical goods shop on the corner would have the best view of the carpark and traffic going into it imo

Theres a Loan star shop opposite that carpark, is that still open?

Walmart and the like camera footage:

Litigating PI insurance losses I review footage from various venues such as Walmart, Sam's club, Target, "enter grocery store name here", you name it I've seen it. And it's all in the name of proving something took place or proving something did not take place. 9/10 times, the footage from these larger venues is terrible and one can barely deduce the vehicle in question let alone the damage to the vehicle not to mention a person.

The smaller venues with parking lot cameras are usually infinitely better as their proximity is much better as they are not mounted atop a 40ft rooftop.

A receipt from Walmart at that time does not prove the car was there. I believe you Tony, but I know how difficult it is obtaining footage from those companies so I wish you luck.

Someone needs to show their hand. The witness has no reason to make such a brash accusation, but their evidence should come forward now, or if Tony continues with legal action it will surely come out later. At least now would save any discovery from happening later.

The "witness" PC may or may not have an agenda. At this point there is no way of knowing.
In that Tony has an actual stake in the matter he may have a legitimate reason for keeping certain matters confidential. As far as I can tell PC is withholding his "evidence" for no good reason.
