+1. I think it's cool. It's not as if this is all they will build. They are expanding the range and function with the primary focus on 1. Performance 2. Technology. It's very cool.

I like it a lot. But then, I am a fan of the BMW Coupe. I think it has some great lines and interesting design. Not a huge fan of the scowling headlights (a little Japanese for me) but it all works well together.

For reference I like the looks of the 458 much much better than the 430. I also like the 599. Not a fan of the 456 or 612.

How can they go from making one of the best looking cars Ferrari have ever made (458) to this? Also theres no surprises to where they go the front and back lights from, identical 458.

No. I'm glad Ferrari is willing to take chances in design and technology, but I want a beautiful, elegant 12 cylinder car in the great Ferrari tradition. Napolis found Ferrari DNA for P 4/5, it's out there. My 612 OTO was a great car, perhaps too big and bulbous to be beautiful, but somehow to my eye closer to the tradition than the 599 or 430.

My first thought was BMW M coupe, my second was 12 cylinder car for the 8 cylinder buyer. Need to see it in person, of course.

A very interesting car, but I'm not a buyer. Looking forward to the 599 successor.

Not really a loyal customer any longer, after our local dealership was sold to Goths and Vandals. Did buy a 430C last year.

    Cheers, Will

Well I guess this where the automotive industry is headed now. Component sharing everywhere even if it is very visible.
These days, when a BMW launches a new car, you can tell in advance what engines and gearboxes it will be using, steering wheels, shifters, sat navs all identical among model lines..

Very exagerated front end, looks like a scary character from a cartoon my 4 year old niece constantly watches.
Interesting concept and potential great daily driver but that face gives me the creeps.....

    I agree.

I was also thinking, with the Cali and now this even FUGLIER model they simply don't care about looks any more. Why don't they just add the back doors and get it over with...?

The darn thing is so ugly, they had to shoot that movie with the camo still on and in the dark!!!???

I hope it will grow on me, but lately, with the exception of 458, all Ferrari fail to excite.

This FF just look strange and uncomfortable.

A little Photoshop helps (?) I lightened the bottom of the front fender duct. I stretched the rear 6 inches. I dropped the top rear 3 inches. I think it helps to balance the car quite a bit. Any opinions?

The 458 got a standing ovation here.

The 599 is an awkward lump. I don't think the replacement could be much worse.

What he said. Actually you wrote my post.

I suck at photoshop so if you can do this.

Take the area between the front edge of the door and the wheel opening and cut it in half. That nose is just all proportionally wrong from the side it's too long and skinny. They either need to shorten it (not going to happen because of the V12) or bulge the hell out of the fender and hood to come up to the a pillar some how.

Personally, I would kind of prefer that Ferrari goes more in the direction the Lotus Elise, but at first glance the FF isn't bad- it's just not what some have come to expect.

On the screen it looks like you can see the numbers 51.... so its likely that FF is what is being used prior to Geneva. Wonder which number is before the 5.

    Anyone else have thoughts?

    ....

I take back what I said, its just the F151 designation. :)
