Another observation Ive made in the last 24 hours. Tony is always logged in reading here while PC is hardly ever logged in and only logs in to quickly read and post. This tells me that someone out there is very very nervous while the other is comfortable in his skin. Like I said, NO GREY AREA HERE".

Common Sense says if you're starting with a conclusion and working backwards looking for facts to back it, you're not really looking for the truth, only smearing the party in question.

    'nuff said.

Hey Bubba, are you nearby Tonys' house. If so let me know when the media sets up across the street and most of all let me know when this one shows up. I wanna slurp her butt.
    Thanks in advance.

Not so sure about that, a PC with multiple screens could stay logged in all the time......we use these 41" monitors for our CAD/BIM and my guys watch all kinds of stuff, sidebar screens....

    I should fire their azz....:D :D :D

The garage door was broken, as I recall.....maybe closed, but not locked????

Go back and review his recap of the conversation with the Garage Door Guy at the beginning ....who is STILL Person of Interest #1 IMO........

Were they Bonded and Insured, Tony348????

"Nearby" is a relative term in Texas.....it's about 5 hours up the freeway from Houston, and all my cars are in for "tune up, paint jobs, clutches and brakes"......(all three Ferraris shown there)...

That IS a World Class butt right there, I agree on THAT!!!!

Probably get fat, when she's old tho........

Actually it would take quite a lot. The man posted a receipt to back his story and you posit the ridiculous notion he went back to the Walmart digging in trash cans days later looking desperately for a receipt to back his story.

Obviously it would take a quite lot to prove his story true. Your own post proves that.

(BTW for the record above I said he could have done that to sarcastically illustrate the insane lengths people would go to disbelieve this story. Congrats, you thought I meant it was really possible. sigh)

I've already provided the premise for my conclusion, which may not be wholey based on facts, but it makes the most sense to me when I put the story together. The facts are what we all want to know. If I am wrong, then I will feel very embarassed and will offer an appology to all. But for now, with the information presented, I have made my decision that something fishy is going on. And I believe the owner knows more than is being told.

    Enough with the foolish speculation.
    There are serious implications here.
As foolish as it seems people pay attention to what's being written here.

Time to close the thread. More harm than good is being done. Tony will have to deal with the repercussions no matter what we say. No point in just piling on.

No, the Walmart receipt is no proof at all. In fact, I view it as the opposite.... a poor attempt by Tony trying to desperately post anything to corroborate his story. If my Ferrari was stolen, and all I had to do to prove that I wasn't involved was go down to my local Walmart and request a copy of the security tape; I'd do it in an instant. Just pull up the tape in the security office at Walmart and take a cellphone pic of the screen showing the 348 parked outside. I bet this could be resolved by an honest victim within an hour!

Your getting far to serious bud. Like I said, there is no electric chair at the end of this thread. We are all on the sidelines taking in the action and speculating on what team will win. We are neither judge or jurry, just people entertaining themselves and nothing more. Its one of the many facets of life. Chill out.

    Far too serious?
There are legal and financial implications here. The reputation of at least one man is being questioned in a public forum.
This is real world stuff not interweb fantasy. The sooner that people realize that this is not here solely for their amusement the better.
None of us know what happened.

... and to prove this point I'd like to bring up another yet overlooked fact:

    We have:

the word of a 348 owner against the word of a 355 owner

Isn't it obvious who we can trust and who we can't????

    ;)
