This is an internet chat site. The real world is out there in the parking lots where this car is supposed to have been. In the police stations and in the insurance offices in this case. No posts in here will be brought up in a court of law that have nothing to do with the case. The only ones that can be used are the posts of PC and Tony and anyone else who has direct knowledge of this incident. The rest of us are just hearsay and you know what a judge says about that dont you? If anyone on any internet site could effect a trial then we would never get around to a verdict in any case let alone the thousands that go on in the good ole USA everyday. Tex, I totally get what you're sayin'. My point to Probable Cause (the post you replied to here) is that he claims to "have damning evidence that will solve this crime" (blah, blah, blah), but yet his story continues to morph day-by-day.
So now you are insinuating that the F1 threads are not real world. OMG! I cant handle this! I might have to sue.......somebody as my life has now been seriously altered!
He did start the conversation in a public forum and bears some responsibility but that in no way excuses bad behavior on anyone else's part. And yes this is the real world. What is said here has implication. The fact that you don't realize that explains a lot.
Are you serious? That is really what you have deduced? WOW. I am not directing this to you in particular, but to the FEW out there who continue to try and play Sherlock Holmes, its becoming absurd. At the beginning I was tempted to post an actual real life counterpoint from my days in LE to every silly theory bandied about, but thankfully I resisted the temptation. Here is a little advice, "You don't know what you don't know." Which is why LE does actual investigations that consist of collecting all of the actual evidence rather than just sitting at an arm chair deciding who should be arrested based on a gut check---which is essentially what a FEW of you are doing here. Even those of you who are not directly accusing one of the parties are doing so through innuendo. We now have two members being dragged through the mud. But hey, the post count is up, so who cares right?

Started and continued... If I were Tony, I'd take it down a notch on the vengence thing and simply present his case to everyone. I think a lot of people would be sympathetic to his blight if he did. Calm down, tell us what happened or is happening, and I guarantee people would be willing to listen and give you their support. Stop writing your entries to PC and start talking to us for a change. But we are all humans typing away on our computer connected to the internet where everything we hear is completely 100% true all the time-- never. This is not second life, these are real people and I have spent time on the phone and at events with them, like I do with any of my other friends. If these allegations were being directed at me, I don't think I would think it was a soap opera. Don't be so caviler with others' reputations. One person may be lying, but rather than wait to find out who, I suppose the better course, as you seem to be implying, is to drag both of them through the mud and see who comes out the cleanest.
