i would appreciate an update on the law suit between tony and pc. can we get some info on that...has a demand letter been written yet?

Speculative at this point. Like everything else with regard to this matter.

 

50 pages distilled to 1 paragraph.

Probable Cause puffed out his chest and dared Tony to go on record saying he was in the car on Saturday because he had video proof otherwise. Tony not only called his bluff and stated emphatically he was in the car on Saturday, he also posted a Walmart receipt that jived with his original story. Probable Cause suddenly because very, very silent, a fact that tells me -but not Tony's detractors- he was probably full of s&!t. --So the score stands like this. Nothing Tony has said has been disproven in any way and after huffing and puffing about having video evidence disproving Tony, PC skulked away with his tail between his legs. Make of it what you will.

The only other thing you missed was a few million pixels were slaughtered because a large number of people wanted to jump and down in the thread looking for attention.

 

Oh I forgot, one more thing... An Fchatter went to the dump site and said that he and a friend both looked and could not find a video camera that was pointed to where the car was left. Further calling PC's claims into question.

i was joking pap. about 20 pages ago tony indicated it was "on like donkey kong" and a law suit was promised.

i think it was no more than idle chat but it did include LOTS of upper case letters

 

Yeah. Once Tony called his bluff probable cause went as silent as Grim Reaper after his number was called.

 

Ah, yes, as in Jonah Franklin vs. the State of Ohio 1977 "on like donkey kong." Classic case. Turned out there was lying on both sides though...

 

Here's my take on it.
Car was stolen as Tony stated.
PC obviously found the car in the parking lot of Majestic
I think PC saw it on Sunday- not Saturday- could have been an easy mistake
Night vision cameras and videos were an embellishment
Tony and PC have been reconciled privately and are sitting together somewhere laughing at us while "slurping"a beverage purchased at Majestic.
15th post on this thread...Case solved.

So that begs the question.

Just exactly HOW and WHY did PC know the location of the car before anyone else?


Was he merely an observer of the event, OR .................. ?

 

Here's the weird thing.

Tony and PC COULD have been best buddies.

Tony wanted to find his car and PC told him where to find it. If it ended there, we would all be smiling -- another Fchat success story.

Just a few words in a few posts and the situation is completely upside down.
