It's an abortion. Damn.
I don't really like it, but like a few other cars I've been too quick to judge, and they really do grow on me. So, I'm hoping the same for this.
Wow a thread about a new front engined V12 Ferrari is 154 posts (including this one) in, and no one has posted that they think it looks like a Nissan 350Z or a Toyota Supra yet? Ferrari must be delighted. My 2p worth I think it looks great, and exactly the sort of thing Ferrari should be doing with the 2+2 v12 range.
Limo tint and no badges looks better. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
I Like the yellow one But white would look nice as well. FF could do with a stripe running in the middle it would help break down the mass of the car
Length is exactly identical to the 612, width a few millimeters narrower... As for room in the back, yes very roomy and comfortable with ample headroom and leggroom. It is a proper 4 seater - just missing the second set of doors....
This is definitely a Ferrari for mid-age guy who wanna go golfing, but gettng bored of his Bentley on that day
Horrible!! it looks like a BMW Z3M Coupe. would consider replacing my Audi Rs6 Avant for that. but hey didnt know ferrari would enter the world of family driven cars... looks like they are drifting away to comercial purposes, and 4getting that their cars are supposed to make litlle boys dream. Cant imagine my 11 year old loosing sleep nights over that car... NOT buying it for sure. Ps: the new Rs6 is a 340 km/h car... Cheaper and easier to mantain. Cheers M8s!
thats what happens when you get non italians designing italian cars , thank god i purchased my 2008 612 one 2 one now that car says ferrari all the way this says california meets bmwz3 coupe , just looks non ferrari , too bad.
The 612 was designed by a Japanese designer, BTW. Check the signature, it says Okuyama: Image Unavailable, Please Login
No they this car is supposed to make around 200 people a year reach for their cheque books and buy them which I'm pretty confident this car will. The F1 racers are the cars for the 11 year old's to dream about. If making cars that appealed to 11 year old boys was profitable the Lamborghini Countach would have sold by the thousand and Lambo would not have lurched from one financial crisis to another before being swallowed up by Audi.
Anything is better than the 612, anything ... Personally it is time to drop the v12 as it makes the front too long, OR put it back over the front axle. I suggest they design a w12 to make it short enough to place behind the front axle, or turn the engine sideways behind the rear passengers in a mid/rear engined layout. Pete
I keep hoping someone is going to say...." just kidding, just kidding ". Nice styling for an SUV but if you pay the kind of dough they want for the car you do not want your neighbor snickering when you back out of the driveway. Will this car make Ferrari just another car company?
Someone who definitely understands the front engine V12 segment of Ferrari. I wonder why Matt Just like he said, the kids dream about the racy mid engined V8s. The V12s are for a completely different set of people
I think it's a great car. Something new and fresh, really great. has a lot from a Z3 Coupe. In real it will look much better in special colours.
