I bought a WWII M1 that needs to be shipped to a licensed gun dealer and then registered. I would appreciate any recommendations, ideally in the western suburbs?

Wow! I thought Bell's closed down a long time ago. I used to live in Franklin Park growing up. My dad bought quite a few guns from them. Used to go target shooting on their pistol range.

I was just there this weekend. A bit cramped in the range, especially if you are sharing space with someone. But there's no shortage of toys upstairs. I had my eye on one of their M82s, but figured my neighbors might freak if they knew I had one of those lying around!

I ended up using G.A.T. guns, picked up the M1 this week. Thanks for all the advice.

Thanks again for all of the information.

Shot the M1 this past weekend, WOW. It gave me a whole new level of appreciation for WWII veterans. While it was great fun at the range, it must have been terrifying in a battle.
