So this nanny turns out to have had a secret. Taking nearly 100,000 photos on the streets for decades, never sharing with anyone. One day, some guy buys up a box from a storage unit, and finds photos, story is here:

Wow, that was amazing! From what I saw on the blog, she had some awesome pictures, I wonder what would come from this if she were still alive.

That's a very interesting story. An historical time capsule from one woman's perspective. It looks like she took some very good photos too. She also spent a lot of her nanny salary on film!

Powerful images. Did she know? The brief video where she speaks of death makes you wonder

I saw this a little while ago and was very impressed. I wonder too if she even knew her pictures were so good?

Same link is in the OP.

I believe, she was a private person. She didn't exactly 'share' it, it was discovered.

Amazing. That's a lot of work to do now & somehow I find myself immersed in her world while viewing through her images.

But I'd also be willing to bet the farm that she didn't think her photos were anything special and not really worth sharing. I know I am my own worst critic. I took a photog class and there was a young lady in there who had serious talent. She didn't think so though and was always shy about sharing her work in class.
