First off what the hell happened? Sorry to see the mirror like that. On the tweeter triangle you can lightly pull from the top towards the inside of the vehicle, this will slide out of the rubber housing, and then you can lightly lift up once the tip has cleared the rubber housing. Once this is off you will see all the necessary hardware to remove the mirror. You will need to disconnect the harness plug before removing the mirror. Now I have a 360 not sure if the mounting hardware is in the same location but the tweeter housing is the same.

    Good luck!

I put a clear shield over mine when it was new to prevent this sort of thing. You might want to consider that next time.

It's got to be a flat black wrap that went like crap from either bad installation, track events or age. A painted mirror wouldn't have that fate.

I was thinking a wrap job removal gone wrong as well. It looks like some of the markings have that torn/peeled off look.

Pops off with a flat head screwdriver...make sure to wrap the flathead with painters tape to prevent marring other surfaces by accident.

thanks, it has a vinyl wrap on it but its not very elastic, doesn't fit the mirrors too well.

Were you able to get the tweeter triangle off? Any luck with the removal of the mirror assembly?
