Are you referring to the A/C on the Jag. We initially thought it was an oil leak. :p

One must be careful with words used, lawyer boy represents the owner. ;) Mind you I think he's gone tropo lately. Wouldn't be surprised if he went off to the sub continent for a while.

Oh dear. Good one John, just spent 1 1/2 hours goiong through all the pics until frame No. 1,159, where I finally managed to get the chassis number #19229.

Looking at the level of detail in those cars, I suspect a genuine Michelotto 308 might just about be cheaper lol.

    Amazing job, thanks for posting.

    Carl.

I'm talking to Roddy about that, its not that, car has LWT stiffening brackets in the boot floor, what it is one of the front torsion bars ride height is higher then the other side, they picked it up at the last service and we ran out of time to adjust it (about a 4 hour job)
Its being fixed when they do the bump stops on the rear shockers, going stiffer on the back.

That's interesting... I had previously saved this photo last April from that same site which shows a different number, chassis #19539. I just checked again and it looks like there's two cars, see http://www.mat.fi/n_index.php?nav=gallery&gallery=13.

Is that just the rear or front as well? Excuse my ignorance, I'm a suspension ludite (hence why I still have all those bits sitting in boxes!).

So does that mean it will be 75% stiffer all round, or does it not work like that? Either way sounds like you're in for a bumpy ride to me!

Yes....and no, it doesn't work like that. Shockers make the difference. Anyway, I'll try it, if i don't like it, I'll revert.

read the 308 section, people there LOVING 300+lb springs. better handling AND better ride, believe it or not.

oh..one more thing. standard 355 springs 175lb, i've run up to 1800 at the front. THEY were hard, but the 600 i have now are fantastic. ask moretti!
