    What's involved in taking a factory tour? I believe Ferrari only allows current owners to tour their factory. (Can someone confirm this? I'd like to see both) If Lamborghini does the same, what documentation do they request? One's registration? How many guests can one owner bring? reservations required? Is there a website or..... ???

    Why go to just one factory when you can go to all of them including the Design centers in Turin. My Car Guy Tour gets underway in Sept and this year includes the Monza GP F1 race.
    Go to http://www.carguytour.com/ and check it out. This is my 14th year of doing the Tour and have only 10 or so seats remaining.

    Peter - Thanks. the website you referenced says the factory tour will not re-open until April 2011. (Which should be fine for my summer visit.) The museum is open in the meantime.


    FGM- I believe my trip will be in the summer, so September won't work for me. Your trip sounds great, though!
