I have been looking for one of these forever too. Everyone is selling the 60th Anniversary one but not the regular version and I was hoping to pick one up since I cannot find any red 458's.

There are plenty of red 458's on Ebay.

Some stocko Hotwheels, some Elite Hotwheels. Then there are the big dollar BBR ones etc.etc.

Plenty of selection in the colour red.

I just bought one of them, however.....

 

I just bought the light blue Elite F430 Scuderia on Ebay, and I couldn't be happier with it. The quality and features are much better than the Elite F430 that I also have in my collection, especially the quality and accuracy of the wheels as well as the Scuderia-specific interior details. For some reason, the Scuderia also has realistic door hinges while the F430 (released a few years ago) has simple dogleg hinges instead, and this makes the model look a bit more substantial as well.

Pardon the silly question, but does anyone happen to know the color name for the light blue Scuderia that I have? I assumed it was Azzurro California at first glance, but since I don't claim to know every color Ferrari offers, I thought it might be a different shade of blue.

Ahem.....there's a LOT of blues in the Ferrari palate, and I think some codes have been renamed as the paint vendors changed...

Among the light blues are Azzuro California as you mention..the early name on the Dinos was simply Azzuro Metallica, as seen carried over on my early GTB here.

What the call it in current PPG formulations I'm not sure.....
