My pleasure but comm set battery gave up just as we hit the highway hence the multitude of hand signals minus the middle finger . Weather and timing was nice and so was the company!

I'm suprise that the driving was rather tame today. Expected Fong and Derek to go for it like nuns released from the convent once we were on E22 and I waved you guys on. BTW - The sound from both CSes was by far the loudest! 2 of you same same.

 

more or less , from 2nd link,e22 is exit 304 i think ,quite straightfwd ,only possible issue is the rather abrupt turnoff when unfinished h'way suddenly ends.another problem is that once u come off the e22, theres no easy way to u turn onto the other side of the toll to get onto the other side to head back. if too many cars can cause a bit of a jam. 2nd link was ok, only a mini jam at msian side on way up. quite short, left esso abt 645, back shell gelang patah by 815-830. maybe can do a bit of b road after exiting e22 to small town of manas or kong kong to loop back to other side of e22

 

i tried to follow hann for a fair bit at same rev/speed n gear n i must say even the exhaust note was practically same. wonder if there will be any change if we go "straight thru"

I was tempted but not knowing the run + being forewarned about the bumps & its abrupt ending I decided to take it easy my first time. That being said I did manage to top 270 which isn't bad for an almost exotic

 

Great to meet to Ghaz & thanks for the breakfast. Next time we will make sure the run is longer so you can stretch your legs further

There was a jam at 6.30am on a Saturday morning into Malaysia??? That has me a bit worried. Am thinking of travelling to KL next Sat instead of my usual Friday lunchtime jaunt....

 

Definitely mate! I was intending to do the drive up Saturday morning as its a Saturday lunchtime track session. I will be using my Evo- why not stretch Shredders legs on the track?

 

My biggest concern about the shredder on track is its brakes being a heavy car, especially after my brake issues with the buggy in the past
