    Hi Guys,

Just curious as to the shipping times you guys are seeing when ordering from Superfomance. I ordered a water pump to be sent standard mail over 3 weeks ago and have not received yet.

    Thanks!

    Gents,
I've always had excellent results when dealing with Superformance. As an example, I ordered a set of rims in Dec 3, just before Mother Nature decided to shut down the whole of England! Both boxes of wheels arrived here in California on Dec 9! I had received fast delivery on smaller packages from Superformance, but was amazed that the big boxes took just the same short time.
Once the weather deteriorated, all bets were off. A second box of rims was sent on the 17th of Dec, but did not arrive here until January 8th. I am now waiting for a large box that was sent on the 31st of January. Of course, the weather has improved in England, but has been a mess in NY, where the shipment must transit. I'll let you know when it arrives.
Oh, Colin's been in contact with me via email at least once a week. I know that he's been short-handed; the extreme weather and and the flu bug have conspired to decimate his crew. He's been working long hours, with only an occasional Sunday off, to try to keep up. I know that he's not pleased with the impact on his customers.

    911rcr,
I believe that you are experiencing an uncharacteristic delay. Hang in there. Let us know when the pump arrives.
    Cheers,
    Coop

less than 10 days every time. (On in stock items.) and they only were out of stock once.

Probably placed 10-15 orders with them over the years while working on my Dino.

Drop 'em a note, and next time, pay a few bucks more for expedited shipping. :D

'forgot to mention that my wheels...two large, relatively heavy boxes...were shipped USPS Priority. Cost was about $200. Quite reasonable, I think. As I recall, USPS Priority charge was around $65 for a large package under fifteen pounds weight.

15 minutes ago I received my very first package from Superformance. This is February 7, and I ordered January 31. That's pretty doggone fast from England to Virginia.

I've already opened the box, and I see that everything I ordered was shipped. Nice quality, too.

Super-quick shipping. I get parts from them here in OK quicker than if I order them on the east coast of the US. Really odd

in 3 days it'll be one month since my parts were dispatched from the UK. That's pretty bad if you ask me. I have gotten one repsonse form my 2 emails saying "it'll get there".

It sounds like this is out of the control of Superformance. On my recent order, they promptly sent a tracking number so I could see progress once it left their doorstep. My order was processed by them and shipped same day.

My shipment started its trek to Virginia on Jan 31. It was sitting on my desk Feb 7. It included a water pump (sorry, I think that is what you are waiting for?), cam belts, etc.

Ironically, the same day, Jan 31, I ordered Baldwin oil filters from North Carolina, one state away. The filters aren't here yet (February 15). They sent an email yesterday. They forgot to process the order, which could happen to anybody, so it is no big deal. However, the Superformance shipment will beat the North Carolina shipment by at least a week and a half.

And it has happened to me as a shipper. I've been stymied in getting my check to a patient member of Ferrari Chat for a set of Hyperflow cats- a combination of me dating the check 2010 instead of 2011, then forgotten postage on the replacement check, and now I find out the overnight UPS package wasn't delivered due to a "natural disaster" (wind?)Sometimes we are just jinxed.

I sure hope your order gets there soon, I'm sure it is frustrating, but it sounds like a fluke, and just plain old fashioned bad luck, like my oil filter shipment.

    Hang in there, Jeff

I called Superformance and told them I had not received. It was sent standard mail (at my request) so the normal shipping time was supposed to be 14 to 16 days. They said they would send another one. To my pleasant surprise instead of sending standard mail they sent express service at no additional charge to me. Received the pump yesterday.

    Fantastic!!!

    Great company!

They will be getting more orders from me!!

I sent another mesage lat night and heard back this morning. They said they would send another shipment out...which is good. I'm thinking that I slipped through the cracks there and my order was never shipped. I just hope it's expressed because I want to get my car done and these parts are holding me up. I don't want to lose 6 weeks of time waiting for parts because I have my 1st kid arriving in April. I need to get the car finished by the end of March.

You definitely need to call them. I sent one e-mail and followed up with a call the next day. The girls there were very helpful.
