It's been a few years since I'd bought anything from MA Carbon so I thought John and crew would have forgotten me by now. Apparently not. I bought some nice shiny new 348 door panels and they showed up at their shop yesterday.

John invited me over and spent a bunch of time installing the panels for me.
I got to hang out with the guys for a while and help do the install, well, as much as I could do not being as talented as those guys.

I had a blast. It's like an aladins cave of carbon in the shop. So much to see.

John went well beyond the call of duty on the panels. Well beyond.

The panels truly look fantastic. A perfect match for the A/C panel, shifter panel and ashtray lid ensemble I already have.

John took some pictures but it was dark at the time and they just don't do it justice.
I'll be back at their office as soon as we get some sun for some photo's and I'm sure John will post them here. I'd do some myself but carbon seems difficult to photograph. All mine look either jet black or washed out.

I wanted to publicly say a big thank you to John and crew.
I know I don't buy much carbon, I'm not a super well off customer that spends enormous amounts with them, it's a big deal to me, but I felt like a very important customer when I was there and I think that speaks volumes.

    Thank you John.

    Simon.

Thanks Simon for the kind words. We'll try to post up a few pics tomorrow but it was dark and the pics all suck. If I can get to it in the next few days we'll put together a install guide that will show 348 customers how to take apart their doors..... and lead to a run on Ferrari "Christmas tree" fasteners!

I met, and spent time, with John when he was here in Kuwait... what a GREAT guy!

This doesn't surprise me a bit... John is all class, all the time...
