    Are you really sure?

If the weather looks good, I'll drive by just in case a few cars show up.

We'll as it turns out, we may have been able to squeeze in the event this morning, but the weather guys really scared us into believing that it was going rain early in the morning. As it turned out, it didn't start raining until 11-12 noon.

I look forward to next weekend.

Well, it's looking like the weather will cooperate for Saturday the 19th! Stay tuned!

For those who are new to E@RTC, cars start to show up at around 8:00 and we peak at 9 AM. We begin to wrap up at 10 and we're cleared out by about 10:30. It helps a lot to roll down your window as you arrive so we can better assist you in parking.

We have more of the beloved Parking Thugs to help out this year and we're adding our third lot. We keep growing! We also have a few surprises coming up too so come on out and have some fun!

    Hi Everyone!
We're very pleased to announce that E@RTC has new hours! We're now officially moving it back a half hour and now will be from 9 to 11! This should help those of you who come from far away. We also plan to have a blast heater for cold mornings.

RTC wanted to have a little more overlap with shopping to help both the merchants and to make it easier for us to manage what we do after [email protected] lunch rather than breakfast. We can do breakfast before! Belle will be SOOOO HAPPY!

We will also be doing a center court event about once a month given our size. This should be a lot of fun too. This is going to be a GREAT year at RTC!

    See you this Saturday!!!

This Saturday is promising to be a stellar day, possibly the best day so far this year.
Check out that weather forecast! 45°F is pretty awesome this time of the year in Seattle.
To us PNW folks, this is bikini weather; ok maybe not, but a great day!

I hope to see everyone at opening day. We are getting indications that some very special cars, yes, even more special rare and exotic cars will be attending either this coming Saturday or in the very near future.

Let me know if you need directions or other information.

    Vic,

How about picking a weekend to have a farthest hauler award to see how far away you can draw from.

    Good idea
I think we already have a winner for farthest traveled: Italy
Not sure that one can be topped.
Closer in, we've drawn in from Oregon, Idaho, Montana and Arizona.
It's never been brought to our attention, but I suppose that we've had people from Canada too!

I think the 45 degrees will be later in the day. I'm looking at the overnight 29 degrees and what that translates to at 9:00 am, maybe two blast heaters?

What a great idea! We have some come from as far away as Montana. They start out the night before, drive all night and arrive just in time for us to start in the morning, then get sleep right after the event. I'm too old for that S***.

Good variety of cars today spread out over three lots under sunny blue skies.

Sunday off! Too bad it's too early in the year to do the Sunday morning run to Washington Pass: "The avalanche crew is scheduled to take their assessment trip on March 1 to determine when the spring clearing can start, what equipment will be necessary and how long it will probably take." http://www.wsdot.wa.gov/traffic/passes/northcascades

    Hi Everyone,
The weather looks clear for Saturday but we may not be out of the woods because of snow. We will watch it closely and make the call late in the week. It could be as late as Friday this time. Even if it's clear that day, if road conditions are dangerous we will still call it off. We'd rather have everyone safe.

We've also added a very powerful blast heater to help keep everyone toasty in those early morning hours. It will be located over in Lot 1. Yea, it will toast marshmallows. Smores anyone?

Last week was a great start to the season. We had approximately 110 cars and a huge number of spectators.
