after only 4.5k miles, my original left rear are pretty much gone well pass the indicators and the right one got little meat left, also at the indicators.
Dealer has told me to change them like 700 miles ago, but i just cant believe this wear out this fast!!
I actually feel the rear step out on a left power turn today, thats why i reluctantly came in to change it.

I also "downgraded" from the track star corsas to the stones new S001, hoping to get atleast twice the life out of them.
I drive very aggressively in the mountains all the time and almost no commute miles, but no track, so i hope my decision is good.
    lets see....

So mixing tires front and rear, are ya????. Should be interesting how handling will be affected as to under steer vs over steer when pushing it.

I would not do it unless I knew it was a well proven combination, since the suspension and tires are tuned as a system.

    Good luck.......Steve

If you really do drive aggressively you got fair mileage out of them. Don't mix tires front and rear, do the right thing and keep them matched. Don't cheap-out on one of the most important parts of the car!

I thought about switching from the P Zero Corsa tires on my CS, but they are just so well matched to the car. There are places to not get raped on price, but they are worth every penny to me.

If you don't like them, then just drive REALLY aggressively. If you do you can use up a set of rears in 1,000 miles. :)

PM me as to where! The dealer quoted me $2800 for a set of four...that's $700 per tire (installed)!

Who do you trust to install other than the F-shop?
