The Germans have designed very few good looking cars. They just don't get it like the Italians ... saying that there have been lots of debateably ugly Lamborghinis (ie. later series Countach's for example. The original was really something ... though).

It is too cute, like a VW. The people's hypercar has arrived.

Ellen Lambo actually bought a 458? That's awesome.

The side profile is better than that overhead shot that we got earlier. Still not as good as what I was hoping for though.

Is it me or the rear wheel is huge? Maybe its the combination of the black rim/red body but it looks like a carriage wheel.

that's what i gather as well, from many here..they definately could've pushed it more, but ended up a bit 'safe'...as 'safe' as a sharp angled Lambo can be i guess. overall, i like it very much. gotta see this in another pearl color, a graphite pearl (ie Tahitian pearl) or pearl white...and of course jet black..non metallic.

That's my opinion, not a theory.

My comment wasn't a shot at you. I just read it back to myself and I probably should have phrased it differently. I'm sorry if I caused any offence.

I hated that strange A-pillar window design of the Gallardo, sad to see they carried it over...

That's because that model is a Murci with a body kit. Someone went through a lot of trouble to stuck that body on a Murci scale model kit.

+1 the sweeping belt line is my favorite part of the Diablo, and some of the old shape is back.

The side view kinda reminds me of the Ferrari Testarossa.

    garbage
red is the signature colour of italian cars full stop, not just ferraris.
just think how many red Countach S's there are just as a single example.

besides as others have mentioned, this is Orange.
    lol
