    yeah, and I'm beginning to sense that Porsche may have priced themselves out of the market on this one...

    Big time.
    Even the die hards have to think;
    F458, MP4-12C, or GT2RS.

    The good news is that with every Porsche superturbo that comes out the dazzle comes a bit off there older offerings.
    Saw a sweet 996GT2 for $75k.
    Only 2 more years to $50k or is this the bottom right now ?

    Are these cars hard to get? MSRP over 260K .... And I thought the Speedster was pushing it.

    No, people are paying over MSRP to get them. Spread so far is 10k to 50k based on my conversations with the dealers that I have tracked down. So far I have only come across one dealer who sold at MSRP.

    I passed on my order at MSRP........ I've been offered 6 different cars at MSRP in the last 3 weeks.

    Well, the car I mentioned sold in 24 hours after it became available. It's a heck of a lot of car.
