    The 599 isn't made of carbon fibre, that's just a fake carbon fibre wrap IMO.

    Couldn't quite tell from the pix. Meh. Wrap makes it uninteresting.

    Ferrari uses a plain weave carbon fiber and not twill weave. The wrap is how twill would look.

    Thats what I thought it was too. I remember seeing it at the dealer before it was bought.
    It looked great without that wrap!
