Thanks guys for another wonderful drive and breakfast. I love our new club house, Chief. DC, your Ford GT looks awesome. Geno, do you notice a rare sighting both cabby 308GTSs are on the 33th second of the first video? Thanks Nate for posting.
Awesome pics of another wonderful normal day. It's heaven to have an exotic here. Sorry I couldn't make the drive and breakfast. I heard it was a good one.
Near the sea, a sea of red, what a sight to see... Foot on throttle, lean into curves, no where else I'd rather be. Static display? Not for FOG ! We know Enzo's decree. Exercise that girl, join the fun, Driving these cars, that's what's meant to be...
Yet another awesome FOG drive! The warm weather, the cars, the drive, but mostly the people, this is truly a great group!
...and the legend of Dr. italiani lives on... I hope you're healing well my brother, because I've got one #### of a road for you when you are good and ready!
It would seem that you have a fan in this Mr. Buxton. Perhaps one of you should take him out for a ride and quell his strong curiosity.
...Mr. Buxton, he, altogether of a different league... A kind thought Paulo...I don't get out much, quite the shut in these days. I do so like to see driving done right.
Excellent prose Dr. I..... Cool Clubhouse Sir V..... Sorry to have missed another drive, but there are some on the horizon for me.... India has passed, Salalah, Oman too, here's two more photos for all of you !! A crew member found this unique can of air freshener in Pakistan and The harbor pilot in India wanted to drive the ship and I told him he had to dress appropriately !! Out of curiosity, who does that red 458 belong to? When did you take delivery? I'm going to grab one (yes my 3rd) on Wed but I didn't think F of SF got a red one this month. By the way, like the license on the new one? "NOTAHYB"
Hey guys...spent yesterday at Laguna (drove 160 total miles). Against all odds, no rain all day and near perfect conditions. Missed all you usual suspects. Someone from So-cal had brought his 458 Challenge, on the Newport Ferrari semi truck along with three mechanics. He got to drive only a handful of laps, and was black flagged and eventually kicked off the track. He was caught at 106.5 db. Even after the crew put the supertraps on the pipes, he was at 96.5 db. Damn Laguna :-( Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Sthetix, thanks for the pics! Man it looks like your front end is in contact with the track! Interesting about the 458 Challenge. What did the driver do to earn the black flag? Just wait 'till April 25th!
Coasting between 5 and 6 is correct 1974gt4. I have to do it all the time, otherwise they get me as they have in the past for around 99-100 db. Especially after my ECU upgrade. His black flags were all due to sound Vraiment.
Yeah Vraiment... At Laguna, I do scrape at the corkscrew and the apex of turn 6. However, in order to even save my skidplates, I stick the product in the photo on the whole underside perimeter. I change it periodically. It's approximately 5mm thick, durable and very strong, easy to put on and if you use a heat gun, easily removable. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Thanks all for the warm welcome, I look forward to seeing more of your beautiful cars in the near future!
Just wanted to share some great shots I found from valencia. Sorry if this is the wrong section to post this! Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
