My wife and I are taking a quick 4 day vacation to NYC next week. Can anyone recommend a decent hotel/bed and breakfast thats walking distance from central park?

    Thanks

    Troy,

    Try The Lowell.
    28 East 63rd Street.
1 and 1/2 blocks from Central Park.

Also, for B, L or D, try Bottega Del Vino.
    7 East 59th.
Very Close to Central Park and excellent food.

There are quite a few places to choose from. Do you have any other specifics as to price, amenities, location (east side, west side) or other considerations that are important to you to help narrow down the recommendations?

Not sure what fits your style but have heard of business associates having positive experiences at The Algonquin.

If you want something on the trendier side, take a look at Dream. Warning: uber trendy.
