Michelottos original 18" wheels were Magnesium OZ or Speedline.

But actually it's easier to find Enkeis or Neez wheels.

When we did the upgrade here we went with wheels by fiske. fit was great and I think they look great as well. as for the price, they were just over 5k for the set. one of our cars has solid spokes and the other has vented spokes.

We also added a dual brake master cylinder system, energy suspension bushings, penske three way adjustable shocks with matching spring set, fire system.

    Both great cars....

    Regards, Jim

Forget the wheels, unless the track is as smooth as ice, those tires are not going to provide much traction. I would think the F40 suspension was designed for a taller side wall tire.

My wheels, BBS RS 18 inch lightweight. Custom order from BBS Motorsport in Germany. I changed hubs to 5-bolt but I think BBS can make them for center nut if a drawing is provided. Price I guess $7K for a set today.

Si l'ho venduta, ma questa non era una plexi. Non ricordo quale vedesti tu, cmq questa mi ha lasciato il ricordo del 600 cavalli dietro la schiena ;)

The 1st picture is the non-cats engine.

The last 3 pics are an other cat F40 I have sold, also with Michelotto's upgrade, engine 580 hp.

Now I have the non-cat car only, it's the slowest of these 3 cars, becuse the other two were with engine upgrade,
but the non-cat is fast and it's the version I prefere for the originality of the car. ;)
I will want to buy a 650+ Hp non-cat car, with Michelotto upgrade, but is so difficult to search :(

I think an F40 with no-cats and an engine up to 650+ Hp is all that I want. A very light car, TwinTurbo, with its
engine's reaction, very fast like a group C car, with a real 80's car soul when you drive it.

Send 512blu a message and ask about the power assisted brake mod he put on his F40. It is incredible.
