That was a brutalization. I have said that there's one guy I would NEVER go in a cage with and it's Bones Jones - he's scary.

For all his experience, Shogun has never faced a guy like this - that's why I am not surprised at the outcome. To Shogun's credit, he fought valiantly.

I am scared for Rashad - he doesn't stand a chance.

Well, Rashad isn`t a conventional warrior also, his bouncing back and forth plus the two legs takedowns could put Jones in serious trouble

I don't think so! I'd love to hear scoop from the Jackson camp who gets the better of who during training. This guy will dominate better than Anderson Silva has.

As a fighter that I think I'll end up not liking, due to me believing his ego will get too big, my hat's off to him. He dominated, and proved to me how good he is. He made it look easy.

How about Anderson Silva versus Jon Jones for the LHW belt???? Now that is a fight I would love to see.

Agreed - he's 23 or so, and he'll keep getting better. He's naturally gifted, it's insane how athletic and strong he is. First time I saw him fight, I knew he was going to be a monster - I think I posted it way back on this thread...

I would say that Jones is a better wrestler than Rashad. Bader was a 2x All American at ASU, and Jones had ZERO problem with him.

I believe that the only person that could challenge Jones - in terms of talent - would be Anderson Silva. Since Silva cuts heavy to make 185, 205 isn't a stretch, and THAT would be the fight of fights.

That is a fight to make. Anderson has to be bored with the "talent" thrown at him, I wonder if that challenge would interest him to make that happen?

Im afraid Jones will get spoiled and ego will take over also. You can tell it's in him. Too Bad, he's so humble right now.

GSP is a fool to even fight A. Silva. He'll get killed! I see Jones growing into a HWT. probably in 4-5 years. He's only 23. so by the time he's 28-30 he'll fill out. Don't you think?

Although I don't agree that GSP would get killed by Silva, I don't think it would make sense to take that fight. He has nothing to gain out of it. Also, it's a pointless fight, unless GSP will make the move to 185 for good. Or, fight at catch-weight, and have the weigh-in 1 hour before the fight. Personally, I think 170 is perfect for his build and frame.

I would imagine Jones could graduate to HW eventually. He certainly has the height/length.

Probably, but in HW division he has to put a lot of weight on, hardly anyone under 110 kg`s is capable to achieve something there...
