*yawn* you've been listening to FF too much Brettski. Plenty of people on here have tracked their properly maintained aussie 308s without any problem....it's just BS...and you want to believe it because you have a dry sump. It's just crap. put your car on a dyno and see how it compares to my GT4.
It'll have about 10-15 bhp more than your GT4 would have with standard jetting. If someone spent the time to tune and jet it further, you might find another 4 or 5 BHP.

four eyes actually Bretts car has hi comp pistons. The carbs are utterly standard, not even the jets were changed. Dropping 34 mm chokes in it would be great though!

Well I'm sorry, we had dyno days at the HSV club and some had different chips to make class etc. Shake your head as much as you want, to me put similar cars on the track and it will even out. Yule )) always find a challenge.
