Is it real carbon fiber or is it vinyl?

I did the wrapping. It's something I've been doing for the last few years...

Real carbon fiber cloth; 50" + 60" wide rolls. Bonded to part using a speciality marine resin because it has ultra clarity, chemical resistant, built in UV protection and high operating range. Then I clear coat using a BASF 3-part clear coat which has all the of the same characteristcs as the resin.

I apologize in advance if this sounds hostile. It is not intended that way.

Every one of your prior posts including this one relates to stuff you've wrapped in carbon-look vinyl. You are careful never to blatantly spam the forum and invite people to contact you for a quote. Would you consider spending $15 to become a Silver subscribed Member at least since your goal appears to be to establish your reputation as a skilled wrapping craftsman?

Not knocking your work, just asking you to consider the contribution.

Consider it done. I'll sign-up after posting this. Thanks!

One correction though; no carbon look vinyl; real carbon fiber cloth using resin epoxy to attach and clear coated. I personnly hate the 3M DiNoc vinyl CF wrap....

    Thanks for the heads up!

    It's done. Silver member now!

Keep in mind, I never use DiNoc or comparable vinyl wrap; real carbon fibre cloth on 50 + 62" wide rolls. I secure the cloth using a marine resin because of it's chemical resitance, wide operating range, built-in UV protection and it's ultra clear....

I start wrapping because I hated the wood grain interior in my BMW and was looking for an alternative finish for my interior trim; well, CF was it.... That was 18 months ago and some 600+ parts ago.....
