Does anyone else's 360 (mine is a 2002, F1) also stall when coming to a stop or very slow speed on a steep hill (downward), or sometimes going over a speed bump on a hill?

The dealer has replaced the clutch throw-out bearing, the clutch position sensor switch, the battery cut-off switch, etc etc but I still have this problem. And today I was speaking to the owner of a 2002 F1 whose car also stalls when he is entering one particular driveway.

Any help would most MOST appreciated !!!

It happened to me before in my F430 F1. The car reacts to stop and go with inclines better when it's fully warmed up. After the car is driven for 10-20 min, I tried to mimic the situation and there was no way to stall it. If your car is not fully warmed and you're on a hill, just give it a bit more gas.

Thanks for your input. It is not caused by the car being cold, unless the car cools off after a long ride in only 15 minutes. The dealer is still looking into it !

I wonder if the F1 is less likely to stall the car if it is in AUTO mode?

    Hi,

It was a time i didn't have the problem, but yesterday when i came back from a ride, the car stalls again.
It was in first gear at low Rpm and the f1 transmission light was open after that i started the engine the light disapear and everything was ok.
It 's strange that it happen at random and not at any time.
I don't know if it can be happen in auto mode, i never use it! but it should be interesting to know!

    Ciao Dino

i had this happen a couple of times. But I have recently had new transmission and engine mounts put in. The stalling stopped, and the cabin is no longer buzzy as a bonus. Mine was a 99, so it had the old style mounts, and they were worn. Not sure if it was related, but it could be a lead for you.

Old motor and tranny mounts were worn. Rubber was cracked. This allowed for the vibration of the engine / transaxle to reach the cabin.
New mounts better isolated and absorbed the noise and vibration.
