    All I can say is, I am glad you put the word 'probably' in there, because it sounds like we are both alike in that respect.
    The ONLY way to buy a racetrack is to buy one with NO competition, and you also need to know and be the expert's expert at skimming.
    Seven years ago I had the opportunity (for ownership), and I am happy I turned it down.
