Drove one in the UAE. It's an awesome machine but my mom said that it was 'too easy to drive to be a supercar'.

tried googling "exotic car meaning", as expected ,no clear meaning, very subjective, seems like your guess is as good as mine (well almost ,since mine carries 1 vote)
For me exotic cars in a Singaporean context should only include 1. Ferrari 2. Lambo 3. McLaren I would not even include Aston , Bentley or Porsche unless it's the DBS, Supersports or GT3. Of course there are other super exotic cars but they are all left hand drive or too ex to be registered. I question how cars like Audi R8 or Maserati can be coined as exotic? I know my view will probably not be shared by the bulk of ECC members. Honestly, i don't think ECC lives up to it's name. Sorry.
for me personally, ecc is just a convenient labe/name for a club formed to try and get like minded car enthusiasts/ friends who like to drive their exotic cars (spanning all the big marques) in an organised independent grouping and to try and improve the overall experience of owning ,maintaining and using our "exotic cars". i myself tend to be more "live and let live" whilst others may share a more extreme/ strict definition of exotic car. but i dont think it was intended or should ever be perceived to be the be all and end all of entry into the club ,probably thats why the consti is somewhat broadly worded and gives a lot of discretion to the comm members. ultimately i feel one shldnt get too hung up over technicalities( and this coming from a lawyer!)- just enjoy the ride, life is too short! can i email u an appplication ?
