    Hi All;

    HELP! I need a steering wheel (orig, NOS, reorig.etc) and the spacer thing (haha, i know that is so NOT technical) for my Dino.

    Anybody have these parts, or perhaps can lead me in right direction?

    Thanks
    Carlo

    Carlo, if yours is an L series, we are both in deep....

    If an M, no problem.

    Deep, very deep....

    Carlo, I let an original one slip through my hands in my more innocent days, as I thought $1800 was too much, and it was complete. Then in Padova, ran into the "Dino parts man" and wanted to sell me a replica, passing it off for the real Mc Coy, for $ 2500.
    An original horn ring, was sold on e-bay, for...................$4500.
    I am looking into alternatives. We might get a better deal as a two wheel deal, of course, remakes. I'll keep you posted.
    Everything has a solution, except death, and nowadays even taxes...
    Regards, Alberto

    Carlo, So what do we do? I have the hub, it is available, we can get remakes of a Daytona wheel, strip then reduce diameter and reweld.
    Recover with leather.
    Now for the tough part, the horn ring...
    Please pm your phone number, my finger is hurting...

    Regards, Alberto
