Wanted to share my positive experiences with Sphere...

Mark Darrah has been instrumental in providing professional services for my car...from putting her back together (long story...), clearing faults, troubleshooting, fluid service, etc. Have talked with his techs directly, Andy and Dave, both of whom are exceptional. They've given me the facts. Unfortunately (or fortunately), each item for my car has been unique (no repeat problems)...the typical 355 issues we all read about on this forum.

Each time I go see Mark, he provides options and separates the "needs" and the "wants." I've tended to lean towards more of the "wants." Also walks me through everything before and after the jobs. Everything Mark and his team have done have been top notch and he stands by his work. He has integrity...haven't heard him mumble a bad word about anyone else's work...just fixes the problems that come into his shop. His work and reputation is the bottom line.

I've owned my 1999 355F1 Spider for about a year. Thanks to Mark and his team at Sphere...I've had a chance to enjoy the ride.

PS. After my morning drive today...I have another trouble light on... F1 problem...will be contacting Mark about my options...

Thanks to Juri and his advice on a new relay...now replaced...all was fine on my Sunday drive. No problems whatsoever...shifted great. Thanks a bunch Juri! Will be doing this change on an annual basis for preventative maintenance!

Just got back from Sphere Motorsports where Mark did a check with the Leonardo...pump pressures were all normal with no need to do anything further. Got the thumbs up from Mark and he sent me on my way.

Lucky for now...will be back to see Mark and his team if anything arises. Hopefully, it will only be for an oil change

After searching all over FerrariChat...the community here had everything pegged right. I just followed the guidance and I'm back up and running. Simply amazing amount of learned knowledge. Thanks to all.

Mark is a true expert and it is a pleasure working with him and his colleagues at the shop, as they provide valuable feedback about the mods I develop.

 

Mark is very nice guy to work with we are lucky to have him in Houston.

 

Thanks to BigTex I will be interviewing/meeting with Mark next wednesday. I have two loves, law enforcement and highend and exotic cars, I like to work on cars and hopefully my slight case of OCD will pay off. I would rather work for smaller/independant shops anyway. Mark was great over the phone and he said I can stop by anytime regardless and that says ALOT to me personaly.

BigTex's red 308GTB is there so maybe if I give it a spit shine he will buy me a beer, lol!

 

It's leaving there and going straight to the Body Shop, painting Rosso Rubino on it and my new little Spider.

The front nose of it now is made from an old beer sign.....Enzo started out that way....
