Mark Wondrack's ban?

    This isn’t a serious letter to FNA, FCA, & Sponsors. However, since this user (Mark Wondrack) is upset enough about both accounts being banned to contact FNA, FCA, and Sponsors I thought it appropriate to discuss this among the community. As a community we all make mistakes and through reflection and analysis we always move forward ahead of where we came. This is a situation our moderator team and myself gave numerous warnings over time and I believe we didn’t make a connection between the two accounts until after both had been permanent banned individually. So we went through the same warning process and offline conversations with the user ending up with the same conclusion, not knowing that both accounts were Mark Wondrack. The recent account alias Fergie received several warnings, but then final straw came after a Private Message attack. FerrariChat.com has no access to Private Messages unless a user forwards or reports the PM. We can also see Private Messages when a users PM email notification bounces and comes back to our sending system email address. In this case we saw Fergie's PM when the user reported it.

    The poll will be used to indicate if our moderator team needed to do anything different and lessons to learn. The user was only temp banned, but changed to a perm ban after the below email and other internet blastings. At this time we don't feel Mark Wondrack is a healthy participant in our community.

    FYI although minor in comparison, the Markjayw account was warned 7 different times over 6 months for classified ad postings in the forums without a subscription.

    Mark contacted me this morning…

    I will copy Mark’s posts which initially were just cleaned up by mods, offline conversations with Mark, warnings given, and then finally ended in a ban.

    Just another 'Ruler of the World Fcar' owner, tossed out of here for "bad manners".....such language! I'm embaressed for him!!

    I try to explain the 'selling things in threads' to new posters when I see it, most of them take it very well (as opppsed to this user).

    Here's what Fergie was sending me privately. I didn't ask for any of it or respond with more than one word and forwarded to the mods. I have no problem having a good verbal swordfight. I'll even go so far as to admit that I invite it at times by being defensive. Haven't been in the best of moods lately. However, hitting me up privately, insulting me, inviting me to step outside to continue an argument I never invited and keep trying to walk away from is indeed harassment. I complained once and he got a break. First thing he did upon returning was invite me to argue outside ferrarichat, when I'd made it exceedingly clear I wanted nothing to do with him. As Rob said, feedback welcome. What do you do with a guy who insults you, gets banned, comes back and immediately goes after you again? These are four separate messages he sent me on different days.

    "WTF is your problem dude. I am trying to get and give ACCUTATE info. All you do is post sarcastic and inaccurate bs. Why don't you end your subscription since your posts aren't helping anyone.

    For an Exec you are seriously misinformed. Boston Acoustic audio is junk. No show car would ever use their speakers, use your subscription and get more information before you post any more crapola.

    Accurate, like I am being extremely accurate in saying you are a complete "*******!"
