A new car is in the stable. Looking forward to opening her up real soon.

The 355 has moved on with plans for a 360 in a couple of years. Now seemed to be the best time to sell her.

Here is a pic of the 355 next to the new Carrera S 911. More pics to follow.

Good choice. And best of luck to you - in fact, you may not want to go back to Ferrari after experiencing a 911 Cabriolet.

+1. Congrats. You are going to love her!!!! I can't even begin to tell you how happy I am with my little Boxster S. So much fun and so incredibly overbuilt. I too wonder if you are going to want a 360 after spending time in your new Porsche. Having driven 360s and 997s, I hate to say it, but I don't think there is so much of a difference to warrant the maintenance premium of the F-car. Now if you were going to get a Mondial next, well that would be a different story ;)

I think we are slowly turning into Porschechat!!!

Looking forward to following you on some backroads, although I will miss the glorious sound of your 355.

BTW, can I get dibs on your Ferrari flair...starting with the table :)

Your way funny. Still a huge Ferrari fan ever though they haven't placed yet this year.

The 360 will need to join the stable in a couple of years needs to be the right one.

    See ya this weekend.

Steve, Congrats on the new Porsche. It looks very similar to the one Joe Mac had a while back if I recall. Nice color.

As far as the Porsche Chat crap. Joe Z. be very careful my friend. Lightning bolts hurt like hell.

I too will miss the beautiful sound of that 5 valve.

Steve, the Porsche fraternity is a fine group of passionate car nuts (much like the Ferrari fraternity, in that regard). We intend to welcome you with open arms and big smiles.

You may even want to consider joining PCA and learning the PCA secret handshake (which I'm not at liberty to discuss in front of Ferrari owners).

Congragulations on the change. Glad it is a cabrio, it wouldn't be the same if Santa arrived in a Coupe. :)

Sorry to lose you in the 355 brotherhood. Congratulations on the new ride. Did you get to keep the 4 digit license plate on the Porsche?

By the way, Steve, you flip cars like some people flip Joe Zaff's salad. Often and with acute skills.

    Congrats :)

Talk about projecting...Steve and I tend to hold onto our cars unlike Captain Short Attention Span.

Regarding "Salad flipping," I don't know much on this topic. You are indeed the recognized authority. You have more experience than my local Olive Garden.

Your the only person I know with his own brand of Penicillin.

    :D
