My old haunts @ Bangsar village are pretty good along the shophouses. Closes @ 2am & last job @ 1am if you want. I normally go for 2hrs @ just RM120?

Otherwise, there's one @ the 3rd floor of Piccolo hotel which is just opposite Millennium hotel & next to starhill.

I am speccing two cars for my bosses.

Titanium grey with light tan/black interior, and working on the 2nd one now. Leaning
towards white or black. Silver rims, custom red calipers. Not much options available for early batch cars...no optional CF trim even.

That spa at citi getting real runned down. There is a nice big one in Damansara..cant remember the name though. More like a half day session..resort like atmospere. I believe its related to the one at paragon singapore. Andana something...
KL has more happy ending spas than clean ones...Of course sometimes even the happy ending is debatable!
Heard of the infamous Sky River Spa behind Bintang Plaza? Just across the road from Millenium hotel

Andana Spa in Glenmarie, Holiday Inn is good...I always frequent there, clean of course.

I believe the Bintang Plaza u're referring to is KL Plaza. New management and totally revamped, now is Fahrenheit 88. There's also serviced suites there, Fahrenheit Suites on the 5th floor with a spa on that floor too, pretty new...offers all types of services.....

CMI to be honest, but in Rome, do what Romans do!

Agree but still one of the most centralised hotel along that street. They should upgrade the rooms. JW is much better but 30-50% more exp.

Damn! Is your boss hiring? :)

    Has blackie been sold?

    Fahrenheit is fresh.

The char siew yesterday was nice but cannot eat too often as it is full of fat. Most of the places in KL are not well maintained and look run down. I should visit more often to KL but find the after work places boring. Maybe i don't know the right crowd in KL.

It's spreading out. Most of us go to One U, PJ area while there are spots like Bangsar, Sri Hartamas, Cheras, Mont Kiara Solaris etc but to be honest, the town planning sucks big time. U can have a beautiful development surrounded by 'slumps' and terrible roads.

China is way ahead in development

Haiyah, char siew rice? Wantan mee? I can bring you to some places in Sea Park, PJ which has (imo) good stuff like that. There's also one in Glenmarie that is open on weekends. If any of you ever want to try, I can bring you there :)

There is a wanton mee shop along the road towards Khatib when you exit the Upper Thomson Road exit from SLE and turn right. You head down the road and after awhile you come along some shophouses where there is a Vet and some eatieries. The wanton mee shop is at the corner. If you miss the row of shophouses, you will end up at the old BMT school in Mandai. DOnt know the road name. Anyone got the name of the road? The char siew there is nice and thick and pretty tasty. Not the thin ones at Lavender.

@cka: No problem; thing is, I know how to get there, but very often do not know the actual address! No issue though; will find out and drop you a PM, mate. I have quite a few recommendations for noodle spots as well, lol.

I-Canton at Ion level 3 serves in my opinion very good (read: tasty and fatty) char siu. Their wanton noodles are also not bad.

does anyone know if there is any truth to the email story doing the rounds regarding an attempted NS Highway carjacking earlier this month?

the details sound extremely familiar to what happened a few years back .. including the make & model of car used by the carjackers.
