Does he scratch build the models or do we pass him a scaled model for him to mod? What are his charges like? Thanks.

Guys, just changed the tranny oil with my dad's expertise which came in big time. Good thing: magnetic drain plug showed very little metal filings in the oil after nearly 2 yrs and 15k milege.

Not so nice news was that my fill plug was abused so badly that the hexagonal head literally became a round hole. Was a real pain to remove so thanks to my dad's ingenious ways, a new screw head was painstakingly shaped in order to fit the fill plug so as to remove it. Worst case is that it can't be removed and the engine would have to be dropped to provide access to that plug.

So moral of the story is: though you may pay good $$$ to some trusted mechanic, the standard of service these days is sorely lacking. Sometimes nothing like doing it yourself as no one else will care for the car unlike yourself.

Mini rant over. Anyway she has fresh Redline tranny oil inside with a replacement of the gear linkage which makes cold shifts much much better. Again thanks to my dad for old school expertise!

More like nothing beats doing it yourself so you know exactly what was done and how it was done. Plus a huge dose of love for the car.

Anyone here have original 2008 superlegerra rims that might be keen to change out for the rims below? Think they are 570 rims. Also anyone looking for the below front bumper to update the look of their Gallardo?

So you did it, mate? Congrats! We really have very similar taste in cars! Ha ha....

How much for outright purchase of the front bumper (looks like a RSC "LP560" look bumper)? ;)

Nice ride and garage...is that your garage space? Have always dreamed of a nice garage to park my cars. In a couple of months my garage should be ready. Can put in four cars side by side. But not sure of what kind of lighting to put in. Standard PLC downlights, halogen lights, metal hylide or a mix ?

Haha mate, yeah GTR/RS/Superleg that we have "shared" an interest in so far. Let me check out the pricing for the bumper and revert to you.

Mate, I wish that was my garage! Mine can only fit two cars. That was taken at the dealership. My garage uses halogen lighting with the ability to control dimming depending on mood. Ultimately I always leave it on full blast as I can't see a thing other wise.
