I have an extra black key fob that I would like to send off for cloning. I bought it several years ago and it no longer has the reference code on the back to confirm that it is the right type for Ferrari. I have attached a pic of the internal and EPROM - can the experts confirm it will work (after cloning of course)?

It is definitively the right type for a Ferrari.
To be sure it will work after cloning, we must confirm it has the correct radio frequency. Can you read what is written on the metallic round component close to the battery.

315 MHz ... yes it is!
Your remote is OK for a US Ferrari.
