Hi all, My wife was offered a career advancement that we could not pass up, and we're coming to Denver! She will be working close to 25/470, so we are thinking of renting in Castle Rock for a while, then see what happens. Of course, if I find something REALLY far North, we'll reconsider that placement. So, if anybody knows a good Montessori style daycare, or know of anyone needing a Financial Analyst, PM me!!! We did live in Golden back in 2003, and boy, it'll be good to be back in the front range. Can't wait to come to C&C's, Park Meadows, etc.

Thanks guys! Looking at CR due to proximity to SE Denver. She is working at aforementioned 470/25 intersection, and I'll VERY likely be close to there also. I commuted from Golden to just south of 225, and I am in no way interested in that again, lol (back in 2003, when 25 was still torn to bits). Plus, it opens options in the Springs for me, and we've already found GREAT daycare and housing in CR. We should be making a trip within a week, 2 tops, to finalize arrangements. Update: Some interviews held thus far....we'll see how they pan. Wife coming out to start the 9th, then off to Jersey, then back in IA for a few weeks. Full on "must be there" by June 20th. I'll be there the weekend of the 14th/15th of May, and planning on extending into the week to line up some face time for prospects. Wish me luck! Seriously, if anyone has any interest in knowing where I've submitted, and might be able to lend an ear/hand, please PM me. The timeline and inevitability of this is making me a tad anxious.
Yes, true, but for my line of work, I have to do crazy things sometimes. Besides, we are still planning on living in C Rock. So not too bad. 40 miles.
Got the job in Springs, so making another quick trip out this Saturday to find a place in Rock or Larkspur! Too bad I won't be there early enough for the Great Indoors meetup. Anybody have a house for rent available nearly immediately in either of those areas? Looking for 3BR, under $1800/mo.
