While cleaning out the hard drive, I came across this pic lifted from the old (official) Ferrari site, shot at Circuit Mt. Tremblant Image Unavailable, Please Login
Is it a king of "old version" of the circuit ? Because this hairpin is not in the current circuit... Are you sure that it is at Tremblant ?

Hey all, anyone know of someone that will come and detail my 512TR and leather treatment? I have the car indoors, access to water/electricity etc. thanks
SO the proof is in the pudding! My brother was right. His car got dinged by the 599. I cannot believe that the person responsible did not come forward with this. It's left a sour taste in my bro's mouth and I'm not sure he will be bringing his car as often to these events. It's too bad these cars are not even safe among its bretherin.... There, I said my peace... Carry on. psorella
Well, we went out for our opening dinner at the Rib and all the Ferrari's were parked together. My brother and I left a little later only to realize that his car was dinged on the driver's side. The ding happenened on the crease of the rear quarter panel just below the air intake. I cannot begin to tell you how much my brother babies his car- It's almost fanatical, but then, I can be like that too.... He doesn't care about the money to get it fixed, what pisses him off is that who ever did it, did not have the descency to at least fess up to it and furthermore it was a fellow F-car that banged into his. Something similar happened to him last year at another event...Really bad luck, but what's worse is that let alone he never leaves his car in public, you would figure that at a controlled event where multiple f-cars are present that these things would happen less and if they do, the people responsible would have enough conscience and class to say " Hey, I'm really sorry, but my door hit your car by accident." Imagine that, a little respect would go long way.... Just saying... I think I'm ranting more about this than my brother...So, when I saw the pics that Bernie posted, it confirmed that the car that hit my bother's was a 599 . That's all I have to say, it's done now, my brother is getting the car fixed on saturday by a pro.
A few pics in the spirit of the mishap. Sorry Lino, I couldn't resist. I really hope that this doesn't dampen your brother's enthusiasm. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
