What are you doing driving your car anyway? WTH? And where did you go?
Cool pic though (the one without the car that costs more than a 348 (spider)), I am used to seeing it in the garage

He's totally fine, and totally legal, and not being a douch*ebag & taking up two spaces, but my point was: When his tire is three inches from the line on the drivers' side, and the minivan's tire is three inches from the line on their passengers' side, neither party is really paying attention to WTF they're doing, now, are they?

Perfectly said!!!! I could not have said it better.
There were tons of other empty spaces much closer to the store than where I had parked. There was no need for anyone to park next to me unless they intentinally wanted to. Having said that, lesson learned........at the end of the day, its a public parking :)

    Happy now :)
Public lots are ok, unattended for any longer periods of time, I would be concerned.

It happens to any flashy car... I've been on the Corvetteforum forever and this topic comes up once per month.

The concensus is to never take up two parking spots... (you're asking to get key'd even more than just taking one spot) and try to find a curb to park against as you have reduced your door-ding liabilty by 50%.

This happens to me too often enough to make me not frequent some stores... and it's just a Zo6.

There is a much easier way than cat piss. Carry a stem remover in your car. Very small and easy to take with you. Takes about two seconds to pull the stem out of their tire air filler and they in turn get the same amount of stress and hassle when they come out and find a nice flat that they will need to take to a shop to get fixed. I hate people who think they have the right to give you a hard time because you work harder than them and reap the rewards.

I like this idea too, although with no easy access to cat urine, I like the OC spray.

Next time this happens, dump the cat urine into the air intake (heater/A-C) of the offending car.[/QUOTE]

    lol this thread is hilarious!

i always try to park in safe oversized space in the corner of a lot...but ya people are jealous of nice things and they want to blame someone else for the fact they drive a 10$ piece of dung car...its your fault that he can barely afford the payment on his 1998 240,000 mile toyota minivan...its YOUR fault he cant stop smoking weed or get off that couch, put down the wii remote and tmbler of the damn vodka...it's all YOUR fault so he wants to get even with YOU...the president said he deserved a better life and damnit you driving a 348 gives him the right to atleast have a porsche 911 twin turbo... but alas hes stuck driving this minvan because you are the MAN and you are keeping him down!

so ya its totally your fault he parked this close...

I like your flags (I need to put some things on my garage walls). But you really should think about installing some crown moulding in there... :D

Hey, how did you get the hat up there? Like a carnival booth, just chuck it up there till it lands perfect on the nail?

It is a beautiful car indeed and I can understand why you would want to keep it that way. Park it in the absolute last space in the lot - you only have one side exposed and most idiots would prefer not to walk that far from the store. By the way, the last guy to do that to me was taking photographs with his cell phone camera - we talked for 20 minutes about the 348 's. It isn't all bad........

I would guess a middleaged female driver that is just oblivious to there surroundings parked there.... Not done on purpose, just clueless as to how close they had parked

So did you take the first pic before the car parked next to you. As in, you got out of the car, pulled out a camera, and took a pic of your car in a random parking spot or was that done after the fact for illustration purposes.

Its ironic, but yes, I took the picture before the car had parked next to me. As I was walking away, the Ferrari red looked so gorgeous, I had to take a snapshot. I guess it was the beauty of the car and its color that attracted the POS.

oh, btw, believe it or not, those are iPhone pictures
