    Bernie doesn't own the paper. Look at Australia. They have been pretty open about their race/financial impact etc. USF-1 is very fresh in everyone's mind.

    As are the majority of local papers these days. They've been squeezed economically by the web based news outfits and can't risk offending advertisers. Can't really blame them, just have to look elsewhere.

    Being his first time, he didn't know...no matter though, building the facility is "Job One" anyway.

    Ran across Kevin Schwantz biography in a Used Book store last week but they wanted a lot for it...it wasn't far from the old Hurst Yamaha dealership actually....(now gone for real estate development)..

    I already had a copy, it's a great read....

    I guess ignorance is preferable to deception. Still though; if he doesn't get it together soon, he's going to miss the window to line up the tax incentives. I didn't know that Travis county is going to have to approve it too. $1.00 from Travis County, gets $6.25 from The major events trust fund
