    The exhaust donuts from the carpartsdiscount.com place fit perfect at 55mm I.D. just as I needed. The spec on them is for a 1996 BMW 850ci OEM 18 11 1 723 539. CPD's number is 68600. $4.05 each plus tax and shipping.

    I used one from a Ford 460 on my 328. Fits perfect. Will quote you and copy to the cross ref thread for future use.
