    Its a European lotus F2 car perhaps a #69 running a 4 valve Ford engine,nice to own.

    that period would be 1600cc.similar time to the BT30 type Brabhams.

    did they have to use a Ford engine as part of the formula or could they use other manufacturers ?

    I think,it had to be a production car block and 4 valve heads for Euro F2,they could user other companies,but the Ford 4 valve was the gun motor.

    Sorry John, it was mine - you just didn't recognize it. I ended up getting the trophy for Best Modern Sportscar (post 1970 cars) - not too bad for just a dust off .. :) :) Andy had fun driving home.
