    Hello,

I'm having my 400 repainted and we are not sure we can get the screen out in one piece so I'm looking for a new screen for replacement.

Does anyone on this fine board know of anyone having a screen available? I do believe that it is the same screen for 365GT4 2+2, 400, 400GT, 400i and 412.

    Thank you

    Hi Rob

You could try Eurospares in the UK, I have catalogue of them that lists these windscreens. And if they have them why should not others have them. I'd also ask a local carglass specialist. Here in Holland I see a TV commercial of a large screenfitter that states that they can do any car, classic, sports car of normal people carrier. In the commercial a Porsche 356 and a modern 911 are used as examples.

    Good hunting!

    Hi Rob,

Having my windscreen replaced at the moment following in a crack, so quite close to this topic.

Eurospares have clear windscreens in currently stock (although not the ones with a tint at the top) and they come in considerably cheaper than Ferrari UK (£550 vs £920) - although most insurance will cover.

These are 'pattern' screens rather than originals. Plan for a trip to Colchester as Eurospares will not courier windscreens due to the potential for damage.

Good luck and hope this helps.

    Hi Rob.

Did you find a windscreen? If not please contact me as I have a new original one and a rear screen. Both made by SIGLA in Germany, DOT 25.

    Regards,

    Mike.

    Hi!
Got a UK based 400i, slight 'milky' patch on rear screen, front still ok.
PM me with price if you're selling the rear screen on its own. Looking for a green tinted one.
    Cheers

    Eric

    Hi,

We decided to keep the wind shield in. The seals were intact and no rust at the top or botton. However I may be interested in a shield anyway.

    Will check the links suggested.

    Mike, you have PM.

    Kind regards
